Akzo Nobel bought 100% of Fabryo Corporation, based in Romania, which employs about 400 people. The transaction closed in early October 2018 and includes two production facilities and six distribution centers.

Akzo Nobel has agreed to acquire 100% of Fabryo Corporation S.R.L., a Romanian decorative paints manufacturer with two production facilities and six distribution centers, for an undisclosed amount. The business generated revenue of around EUR 45 million in 2017.

AkzoNobel N.V. agreed to acquire Fabryo, a decorative paint and plaster manufacturer owned by Oresa Ventures, for an undisclosed sum. Fabryo generated €45 million in revenue in 2017 and operates two factories and six distribution centers in Romania, including brands Savana, APLA and InnenWeiss.
