Bombardier Aerospace

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, through its subsidiary MHI RJ Aviation Group, completed the acquisition of Bombardier's CRJ Regional Jet line for approximately CAD 550 million ($400 million), plus assumption of liabilities of CAD 200 million.

Bombardier Aerospace signed an agreement to purchase land for a new manufacturing facility in the Midparc Casablanca Free Zone in Nouaceur, Morocco. The company plans to invest approximately $200 million over eight years and expects to employ 850 people by the end of 2020.
