Kalmar, part of Cargotec, signed a comprehensive three-year cooperation agreement under which it takes full responsibility for log handling at Iggesund Paperboard's Iggesund mill, including equipment, operators, maintenance and software.
ANDRITZ received an order from Holmen's Iggesund Paperboard to supply fiberline process technology and equipment for its Iggesund mill in Sweden, with start-up scheduled for Q4 2019.
The SCA Terminal at the Port of Kiel's Ostuferhafen was inaugurated on November 11, 2016. It will handle and store 850,000 tons of paper products a year for SCA and Iggesund Paperboard, with 25 million euros invested and 80 jobs created.
