Trilantic North America

Sunbelt Transformer, a portfolio company of Trilantic North America, merged with Solomon Corporation, a provider of transformer refurbishment and repair services. The combined entity will serve commercial, industrial and electric utility customers in North America.

Trilantic North America has acquired a majority interest in Sunbelt Transformer from Grey Mountain Partners. Sunbelt provides new and remanufactured electrical power and distribution equipment.
