Hennig Fahrzeugteile Group

Genuine Parts Company announced that its subsidiary Alliance Automotive Group has completed the acquisition of German Hennig Fahrzeugteile Group, a leading supplier of vehicle parts based in Essen, Germany. Hennig has 31 branches across Germany.

Alliance Automotive Group has acquired Hennig Fahrzeugteile Unternehmensgruppe, an Essen-based automotive parts distributor with 31 branches and over 160 million euros in turnover. Hennig will continue to operate under its existing management.

Alliance Automotive Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hennig Fahrzeugteile Group, a German supplier of light and commercial vehicle parts with 31 branches. The transaction is expected to close by August 1, 2018, and the acquired business is expected to generate annual revenues of approximately $190 million.
