Rengo's Hong Kong subsidiary Tri-Wall Limited acquired an 80% membership interest in Aldez Containers, LLC, a heavy duty packaging manufacturer headquartered in Michigan, through a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal was announced on 1 June 2018.
