Tarkett and Aquafil partnered to recycle carpet tiles in Europe. Tarkett invested approximately 15 million euros in technology at its Waalwijk facility to separate yarn and backing, enabling Aquafil to recycle polyamide 6 yarn into ECONYL nylon.

Tarkett purchased a 70,000-square-foot facility in Auburn Township, Ohio, to expand its production capacity for vinyl resilient wall base and finishing borders. The investment will add approximately 75 new jobs.

Tarkett S.A. signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Lexmark Carpet Mills, a producer of carpet primarily for the hospitality sector.
