DNV GL

CESI has signed an agreement to acquire KEMA Laboratories from DNV GL, including high-voltage and high-power testing and inspection activities in Arnhem (NL), Prague (CZ), and Chalfont (USA). The transaction is expected to close at the end of 2019.

DNV GL acquired the remaining 50% stake in DNV GL Nemko Presafe (Presafe), a joint venture with Nemko, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal reinforces DNV GL's certification business for medical devices and hazardous area equipment.
