Intermarine

SAL Heavy Lift has acquired a major stake in Intermarine, combining their heavy lift shipping operations in the Americas and for cross-Atlantic trade. Intermarine will operate as an independent brand within the SAL Heavy Lift Group.

Maritime Holdings Delaware (parent of Intermarine) and Zeaborn Group have entered into a joint venture called Zeamarine, with Zeaborn as majority shareholder. The JV will have more than 75 vessels and is expected to exceed 100 vessels by year-end.
