Konzmann Holding acquires Hafner-Muschler Kälte- und Klimatechnik
Konzmann Holding GmbH has acquired Hafner-Muschler Kälte- und Klimatechnik GmbH, Balingen, through an asset deal. Hafner-Muschler had filed for insolvency in November 2017. All 71 employees were taken over, and the company will continue under its existing brand as part of Konzmann Kältetechnik GmbH.
