Komline-Sanderson Group, Inc.

Komline-Sanderson, an affiliate of Sunny River Management and Satori Capital, acquired AquaShield, Inc., a manufacturer of stormwater runoff, rainwater harvesting, and construction site discharge products based in Chattanooga, TN.

Komline-Sanderson, a designer and manufacturer of wastewater management equipment, announced the acquisition of AquaShield, Inc., a manufacturer of stormwater runoff and rainwater harvesting products. The acquisition is Komline's fourth this year.

Komline-Sanderson acquired Barnes International, an Illinois-based manufacturer of coolant filtration equipment, to expand its filtration offerings and production capacity.

Sunny River Management, with co-investor Satori Capital, has invested in Komline-Sanderson, a designer and manufacturer of industrial water filtration and pollution control systems. Simultaneously, Komline acquired Barnes International.

BI Pure Water, a provider of custom-engineered water and wastewater treatment systems, was sold to Komline-Sanderson Group, Inc. The acquisition closed October 30, 2025.
