Manitex International

Super Steel LLC acquired Manitex Sabre, Inc., a division of Manitex International, for $4.4 million including $1.5 million in cash and potential royalties. The deal is expected to bring about 50 jobs to Super Steel's Milwaukee facility.

Manitex International announced it will start using components from Tadano as part of their strategic partnership following Tadano's $32.7 million investment. The collaboration includes distribution, marketing, technology and component sourcing.

Manitex International, Inc. held a special meeting where shareholders approved the merger agreement with Tadano Ltd., under which Tadano will acquire Manitex. The merger will result in Manitex becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Tadano.
