Groupe Meloche

Canadian aerospace supplier Groupe Meloche acquired France's Groupe Rossi Aéro from Mecachrome SAS for an undisclosed sum. The combined company will have $250 million in annual revenue and over 900 employees across eight sites in Quebec and France.

Meloche Group has acquired Hemmingford Aerospace, a key player in aircraft engine part machining. The acquisition is part of Meloche Group's growth strategy to double sales to $200 million by 2026.

Groupe Meloche and FusiA Impression 3D Métal signed a partnership agreement to collaborate on additive manufacturing of metal components for the aerospace sector.
