Biomerics purchased ATL Technology's interests in the Biomerics ATL joint venture and renamed the business unit Biomerics CRI, with plans to expand its footprint and capabilities.

Biomerics acquired ATL Technology's interests in their joint venture Biomerics ATL LLC, renaming it Biomerics CRI, and plans to expand its Costa Rica facility with 1,860 square meters of additional cleanroom space in 2021.

Biomerics and ATL Technology, in a joint venture, agreed to acquire Catheter Research Inc.'s assets in Indianapolis and Costa Rica. CRI manufactures interventional catheters and tube sets for medical devices.
