Hubei Henglong Automotive System Group, a subsidiary of China Automotive Systems, entered into a joint venture contract with KYB (China) Investment Co., Ltd. to establish Hubei Henglong KYB Automobile Electric Steering System Co., Ltd. for manufacturing and sales of automotive electric steering systems.
