NORMA Group won a major order to supply 200,000 e-car cooling systems over five years to a Chinese automaker, according to a press release dated 25 June 2018.
Germany's NORMA Group SE agreed to acquire Kimplas Piping Systems Ltd, a Nashik-based maker of fittings, valves and micro-irrigation equipment, for an undisclosed amount. The deal was agreed on April 6, 2018 and is expected to close by mid-2018.
