Metalcorp Group submitted a bid for the acquisition of a steel-producing company, whose product group is already traded by Metalcorp, to strengthen its steel sector activities.

Metalcorp Group plans substantial investments in a second continuous casting line and homogenisation plant at BAGR Berliner Aluminiumwerk GmbH in Berlin, and intends to fully take over Stockach Aluminium GmbH.
