GenServe, LLC, backed by GenNx360 Capital Partners, has acquired GenAssist Corporation, a provider of maintenance and repair services for industrial generators and backup power solutions in New York and New Jersey.

GenServe, a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, acquired Power Performance Industries, a generator maintenance and repair services provider based in Yonkers, New York.

GenServe, a leader in industrial generator services, acquired On Call Power on December 11, 2018. On Call Power is based in Bohemia, New York, and provides maintenance, repair, sales, and rental of industrial generators.

GenNx360 Capital Partners acquired GenServe Inc., the largest independent provider of power generator maintenance and sales in the North Atlantic region, effective April 12, 2018. Financial terms were not disclosed.
