Dongwha International Co

The New Zealand Commerce Commission cleared Japanese company Daiken Corp to acquire the Dongwha medium-density fibreboard plant near Mataura, Southland, from Korean-owned Dongwha International Co and Laminex Group. The acquisition was approved as it would not substantially lessen competition.
