Amcor to acquire Hebei Qite Packing for RMB 185 million
Amcor agreed to acquire Hebei Qite Packing, a Chinese flexible packaging company, for RMB 185 million (about USD 28 million). The deal is expected to expand Amcor's flexible packaging business in Asia.
