Ascensus Specialties

Ascensus Specialties (Wind Point Partners) has acquired Callery, a company producing inorganic chemicals for pharmaceutical, agricultural, electronics, polymers and adhesives markets, from Edgewater Capital.

Ascensus Specialties is expanding production capacity at its Elma, Washington plant by more than 15%, with the upgrade scheduled to be fully operational by end of 2018, driven by growing demand for sodium borohydride.
