Grupo Rotoplas signed a final agreement to acquire 100% of IPS S.A.I.C. y F., a leading water flow solutions provider in Argentina, for a net amount of MXN $1,030 million. The transaction is expected to close in the first week of July 2018.

Grupo Rotoplas reached a preliminary agreement to acquire 100% of IPS S.A.I.C. y F., a leading provider of water flow solutions in Argentina. The acquisition is expected to close in Q2 2018 and will be funded with Rotoplas' own resources.
