Olympic Steel Inc. acquired the assets of Action Stainless & Alloys, Inc., a distributor of stainless steel and aluminum products based near Dallas, Texas. Terms were not disclosed.

Olympic Steel opened a new 120,000-square-foot metal processing facility in Buford, Georgia, expanding its southeastern US footprint. The facility adds a Mitsubishi fiber optic laser and a 600-ton Verson stamping press.

Olympic Steel acquired certain assets related to the manufacturing of EZ-Dumper hydraulic dump inserts for pickup trucks. Terms were not disclosed.

Olympic Steel Inc. acquired Berlin Metals in an all-cash deal. Terms were not disclosed. Berlin Metals will continue to operate under its brand and management team within Olympic Steel's Specialty Metals Flat Products reporting segment.
