Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd. has completed its $201 million acquisition of French-based auto interiors supplier Reydel Automotive Group. Reydel, now called Samvardhana Motherson Reydel Companies, had been owned by Cerberus Capital Management LP.

Motherson Sumi Systems plans three acquisitions in 5-6 months
Motherson Sumi Systems is in advanced talks to acquire three companies: a European company for about $500 million, a Japanese company for $50-80 million, and a US company for $200-250 million. These are in addition to the recently announced Reydel Automotive deal.
