Everglade Windows was appointed as fabricator to supply façades for the NE02 and NE03 phases of the Wembley Park regeneration project, a £227 million scheme delivering 768 homes. The project involves Reynaers Aluminium, developer Quintain, main contractor John Sisk & Son, and architects Haworth Tompkins.

Everglade Windows manufactured and installed £5,000,000 worth of windows, doors, curtain walling and rainscreen cladding for the Wembley North West Lands development in London. The contract was part of a £90 million project by John Sisk and Son for developer Quintain.

Ameon Building Services landed a £10 million mechanical and electrical contract from John Sisk & Son for the Hub Group's Latitude Purple twin-tower residential development in Leeds. The 72-week contract will start in November 2022.

FastHouse was awarded a contract by John Sisk & Son to manufacture and install 470 holiday lodges at the Center Parcs Longford Forest in Ballymahon, Ireland, as part of a €233 million project.
