Mammoet and ALE confirmed they are negotiating a purchase agreement under which Mammoet would acquire ALE, a British heavy lift and transport specialist.

ALE and Roll-Lift have terminated their Canadian joint venture, ALE Roll-Lift Canada, which was established in 2012. ALE will now operate in Canada as a single business entity from branches in Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal and Toronto.
