Vermeer All Roads

Vermeer All Roads (VAR) has acquired Vermeer Northeast, a dealer partner of Vermeer Corporation with locations in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. The combined entity will rebrand as Vermeer All Roads.

Vermeer All Roads (VAR) acquired three dealerships owned by Vermeer Sales and Service Inc. (VSSI) in Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Toledo markets. The acquisition expands VAR's regional service area to include Northern Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Eastern West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
