Neles, formerly Metso's valve business and now part of Valmet, closed its acquisition of Indian valve company Rotex Manufacturers and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in late 2018. The deal expands Neles' product range and services in India.

The division has two manufacturing facilities near Mumbai, about 275 employees, and sales of approx. INR 1,550 million; closing is expected in July 2018 and the price is undisclosed.
