ANDRITZ Group signed a buyout agreement to acquire Dan-Web Machinery A/S, a Danish leader in airlaid technology for nonwovens production, to broaden its nonwovens division portfolio.

ANDRITZ has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Dan-Web Machinery A/S, a Danish supplier of airlaid nonwovens technology. The acquisition strengthens ANDRITZ's nonwovens portfolio.

Moldow A/S and Dan-Web Machinery A/S completed delivery of a complete production line and air filtration system for a large airlaid manufacturer in the United States. Moldow supplied four baghouse filter systems and about 70 fans.
