Jiaxing Fengwo Turbo Technology began construction on a turbocharger plant in Tongxiang, Zhejiang, with a total investment of about 1.05 billion yuan. The plant will make 1.5 million gasoline engine turbochargers per year and is scheduled for a 10-month build.
