French joinery companies FPEE and Bouvet will merge in January 2019, forming a group with 500,000 units of production and €300 million in annual sales. The merger is subject to competition authority approval.

Bouvet SA and FPEE announced a merger to create a new industrial group manufacturing windows, doors, and shutters. The combined entity will have over €300 million in revenue and 1,500 employees.
