SWPC consortium reaches financial close on $480M Al Haer sewage plant
Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) announced financial close for the Al Haer sewage treatment plant in Riyadh, to be built by a consortium led by Besix with Miahona and Marafiq at a cost of SAR1.8 billion ($480 million). The plant will have a capacity of 200,000 cubic meters per day and is expected to begin commercial operation in Q4 2026.

Bluewater Bio wins wastewater treatment contract for Jeddah Industrial City
Bluewater Bio was awarded a contract to supply biological and tertiary treatment technologies for the upgrade and expansion of the MODON Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant in Jeddah 1st Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. The project will increase capacity from 25 MLD to 40 MLD.
