Bailey Group of Companies

Saint-Gobain North America has completed its acquisition of The Bailey Group of Companies, which includes Bailey Metal Products, Bailey Metal Processing, and Agway Metals. The deal was announced on June 3, 2024.

Saint-Gobain, through its subsidiary CertainTeed Canada, announced its intent to acquire The Bailey Group of Companies, a Canadian manufacturer of metal building solutions, for C$880 million. The acquisition includes Bailey's 12 manufacturing sites across Canada and approximately 690 employees.
