CDE Group

SOMEVAM, a subsidiary of Tunisia's Sebri Group, announced plans for a second CDE wet processing plant at its Oueslatia quarry to produce high-specification silica sand for glass and other industries. Funding was secured with UK Export Finance support.

CDE Group, a mining products company, will purchase the 300,000 sq ft Caterpillar manufacturing plant in Monkstown, Newtownabbey, taking possession in September 2018. The deal value was not disclosed.
