Sonoco to acquire Highland Packaging Solutions for about $150 million
Sonoco signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately owned Highland Packaging Solutions, a thermoformed plastic packaging producer in Plant City, Florida, for about $150 million in cash, expected to close in Q2 2018.
