Atlas Holdings acquires REHAU Automotive, merges with SRG Global to form RESRG Automotive
Atlas Holdings has acquired REHAU Automotive from REHAU Group. REHAU Automotive will be merged with SRG Global to form RESRG Automotive, creating a global market leader in painted polymer exterior automotive products. REHAU Group will retain a roughly one-third stake in the new company.

Rehau Automotive to build EUR 150M car parts plant in Hungary
Rehau Automotive Ltd. will set up a new vehicle parts manufacturing plant in Újhartyán, Hungary, creating 727 jobs. The EUR 150 million greenfield investment will produce coated external parts like bumpers and spoilers.
