Arla Foods

LP Kolding A/S will deliver tanks and agitators for a 28,000-litre skyr production facility at Arla Foods in Hobro, Denmark.

Arla Foods invested in new equipment for its dairy in Jönköping, Sweden, including three ComPact 128LV palletizers from InterSystem, delivered with a pallet magazine and integrated stretch wrapper.

ATS India partnered with a process OEM to provide automation engineering support for Arla Foods' greenfield plant in the United Kingdom. The project involved PLC and SCADA development for dairy processes, enabling the plant to process approximately one billion litres of milk per year.

Arla Foods is investing over SEK 60 million in a new packaging and processing line for cheese at its Götene facility. The line will increase packaging and processing capacity by 2.5 times and is expected to be ready by end of 2018.
