Synbra Holding

BEWi Group AB completed the acquisition of all shares in Synbra Holding B.V. for EUR 117.5 million on a cash and debt free basis, strengthening its position in particle foam products in Europe.

BEWi Group has submitted a binding offer to acquire Synbra Holding, a manufacturer of particle foam products for thermal and technical industries, from a consortium led by Gilde Buy Out Partners. Completion is expected in the first half of 2018.
