LivaNova closed its $250 million acquisition of TandemLife, a developer of cardiopulmonary temporary support solutions. The deal included $200 million upfront and up to $50 million in milestone payments.

LivaNova closed the $225 million acquisition of ImThera Medical, which makes the Aura6000 implantable hypoglossal nerve stimulator for sleep apnea. LivaNova paid $78 million upfront, with $147 million due on milestones.
