CCL Industries signs agreement to acquire Treofan Americas from M&C
CCL Industries signed a binding agreement to acquire Treofan America Inc. and Trespaphan Mexico Holdings from M&C S.p.A. for a net purchase price of about $255 million. Closing is expected in Q2 2018, subject to regulatory approvals.
