Fibertex Nonwovens, a Danish company wholly owned by Schouw & Co, has taken over all activities of Brazilian nonwovens manufacturer DUCI. The transaction took effect in February 2018, giving Fibertex a foothold in the South American market, particularly for automotive nonwovens.
