Venus Concept

Venus Concept Inc. completed its merger with Restoration Robotics, Inc., creating a combined medical aesthetics company. The combined company raised $28 million in private placement and will trade under ticker VERO.

Venus Concept Ltd. has entered into an agreement to acquire NeoGraft Solutions' hair restoration business. The acquisition is expected to close in February 2018. Financial terms were not disclosed.
