Novae has sold its aerospace manufacturing, repair and engineering business (Novae Aerospace) to ACI, a young industrial company founded by Philippe Riviere and Patrice Rives. The division has two plants in France and Romania, with €14 million in revenue.

H&H Trailers, a division of Novae Corp., announced an expansion of its manufacturing operations with the addition of 50,000 square feet of production space to the facility in Red Oak, Iowa.
