Howden has completed its acquisition of Compressor Products International (CPI), a Houston-based maker of aftermarket components and services for reciprocating compressors. The deal adds to Howden's aftermarket presence in North America and Europe.
EnPro Industries, through subsidiaries including Compressor Products Holdings Limited and Garlock GmbH, entered an agreement to sell Compressor Products International to Howden. The filing reports the agreement dated October 12, 2021.
