ArrMaz

Arkema plans to acquire ArrMaz, a US-based specialty surfactants leader, for an enterprise value of $570 million. ArrMaz serves crop nutrition, mining, and infrastructure markets with $290 million in sales.

ArrMaz celebrated the opening of its new ArrMaz Innovation Center at its headquarters in Mulberry, Florida on January 18, 2018. The facility houses the company's R&D team with advanced laboratory equipment for analytical and synthetic chemistry.
