Stahlgruber

Stahlgruber GmbH, a subsidiary of LKQ Corporation, plans to acquire the operational business of insolvent Karl Rücker Kraftfahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG, including three branches in Crailsheim-Roßfeld, Schwäbisch Hall and Eppingen. The acquisition is subject to creditor approval on February 21, 2018, with a planned takeover date of March 1, 2018.

American competitor LKQ acquired the auto parts business of Bavarian automotive supplier Stahlgruber for EUR 1.5 billion. Stahlgruber retains its tire repair division.
