Magnode

Shape Corp. announced it had reached terms to buy Magnode, a Butler County aluminum extruder, though terms were not identified.

Magnode completed a $13 million expansion in Trenton, Ohio, adding a 45,000-square-foot building and a new 3,300-ton extrusion press line, creating 50 jobs.

Shape Corp. announced a purchase agreement to acquire Ohio-based aluminum extruder Magnode. The deal was announced on January 15, 2018.
