Ploeger Oxbo Group

NPM Capital, the private equity company of SHV, has acquired a 40% interest in Ploeger Oxbo Group, a Dutch manufacturer of specialized harvesting equipment, from Synergia Capital Partners, VDL Participaties, and Bolster Investment Partners.
