Zhongzhou Aluminum

Zhongzhou Aluminum Company has begun construction to expand and install a new stamping production line at its extrusion and manufacturing plant in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The $23 million investment will add advanced extrusion and automation equipment, creating 39 new jobs, with completion expected by end of 2018 and full operation by mid-2019.

Aluminum Corp of China (Chalco) signed a framework agreement to issue shares to acquire the remaining equity in four subsidiaries: Chalco Shandong (30.80%), Zhongzhou Aluminum (36.90%), Baotou Aluminum (25.67%), and Chalco Mining (81.14%), making them wholly owned.
