AOC MetalWorks, a portfolio company of Amzak Capital Management, acquired StampTech, a metal fabrication and stamping company.

Amzak Capital Management acquired majority ownership of StampTech and merged its operations with AOC MetalWorks, forming a metal stamping and fabrication platform with five facilities in the Southeast US and revenues over $80 million.
